  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g cream cheese/heavy cream
  • 65 g butter
  • 135 g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Step 1
  • Rinse, peel and grate the carrots with a hand held grater or in a food processor.
  • Step 2

  • Add the butter, caster sugar, vanila and cream cheese into a deep bowl and using a mixer crash until a very thick cream.┬áDecorate the halwa.
  • Step 9
  • Serve warm or refrigerated cut in squares.
