  • 10 grams Unsweetened cocoa powder

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven at 170℃. Grease the cake pan with margarine and line with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • Measure out the ingredients. Beat the eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder to sift.
  • Step 3
  • Chop up the chocolate bar and butter into fine pieces. Put them into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. If they don't melt enough, microwave for a bit longer.
  • Step 4
  • Add beaten eggs into the bowl from step 3. Mix with a whisk.
  • Step 5
  • Also add the sugar and mix well.
  • Step 6
  • Using a rubber spatula, add the powdered ingredients and fold in lightly in a cutting motion.
  • Step 7
  • Pour the batter into the cake pan. Drop it onto your workplace or counter several times to remove any air bubbles. Bake for 30 minutes at 170℃.
  • Step 8
  • Test with a bamboo skewer and make sure it comes out clean. Done. Bake for another 10 minutes if necessary. Top with powdered sugar when it's cooled down.
