  • 2 cup rice
  • 1 kg Haddock
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  • Boil rice until cooked, strain and set aside.

  • Fry the onions and green pepper in a hot frying pan with the olive oil until light brown, then set aside.

  • Put the haddock in a pot, add the paprika and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes and then strain.
  • Step 4
  • Flake the haddock with a fork into big chunks and de bone.
  • Step 5
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large pot over a meduim heat. Add salt and pepper. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes while on meduim heat.
