  • 3 Bell Peppers (thin sliced) (your choice of color)
  • 1 Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 8 oz Sour cream
  • 4 oz Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Jerk Seasoning (Add as much or as little as you desire)
  • 1/4 cup Italian Seasoning (Add as much or as little as you desire)
  • 1/4 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1/3 tbsp Turmeric (optional)
  • 1/4 tbsp Ground Ginger (optional)
  • 1/4 tbsp Flax Seed (optional)

How to Make Easy Jerk Chicken, Shrimp and Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Easy Jerk Chicken, Shrimp and Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook noodles until they are half cooked. Then drain water.
  • Step 2
  • Mix in all ingredients with the noodles (minus the shrimp). Cook on medium until chicken is tender and bell peppers are soft.
