  • 1 packages refridgerated biscuits (7.5 oz)
  • 1 medium pear, chopped
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 large egg, beaten with a splash of water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

How to Make Easy Mini Pear Pies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Easy Mini Pear Pies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter in small saucepan or skillet.
  • Step 3
  • Add pear, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, corn starch and lemon zest. Simmer over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Step 4
  • Roll out each biscuit into about a 3 inch round. Place 1 reason of pear mixture on each round.

  • Mix powdered sugar, zest and a splash of water to form glaze. Drizzle over each pie. Serve warm.
