  • 10 oz Japanese Udon Noodles
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1 small finally chopped red onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or amino acid
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter or peanuts

How to Make Easy Pad Thai

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Easy Pad Thai in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and replace hot water with cold water. Set to side.
  • Step 2
  • In a large hot skillet, add oil and eggs. Scramble eggs until cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Add all other ingredients (minus lime) in skillet and cook for additional 10 minutes or until onions and garlic are soft. Stir frequently.
  • Step 4
  • Drain noodles and add to skillet. Stir in and cook until noodles are hot, about another 7 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Plate noodles and squeeze lime juice over your meal. Enjoy!
