  • 1 box instant rice (all 4 bags)
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup clam juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2/3 cup frozen carrots
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Step 1
  • In a large pot bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add rice and cook following directions on box

  • drain rice and set aside

  • cook shrimp 5 mins then add veggies cook 5 mins longer
