  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped in thick chunks
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cup frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • Cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat. Return to pot.
  • Step 2
  • Add onion and green pepper. Stir 3 to 5 minutes until slightly lucid.

  • Add all other ingredients except potatoes and cheese. Stir well.

  • Add frozen hashbrown potatoes and stir well. Bring to a slight boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
