Ingredients: Easy Slow Cooker Chili

  • 4 lb Lean Chop Meat
  • 3 Big cans of Crushed Tomatos
  • 1 Big can of Red Kidney Beans (Drained and Washed)
  • 6 Medium cloves garlic minced ( More or Less to your taste)
  • 1 Big yellow onion diced (More or Less to your taste)
  • 2-3 tsp Ground Cumin to taste
  • 2-3 tsp Chili Powder to taste
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil

How to Make Easy Slow Cooker Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Easy Slow Cooker Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat some Oil in a deep pan. Put onions and garlic in to brown.
  • Step 2
  • Add chopped meat to the browned onions. As the meat browns add chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper to taste. Let it cook completely.
  • Step 3
  • Add the meat mixture to the crock pot. Add approximately 3 cans of crushed tomatoes. Enough to cover the meat.   You can add your beans now or an hour before it's done. Cook high 4 hours.
  • Step 4
  • You could put it over rice, elbow pasta or plain. You could add sour cream, chedder cheese or whatever you like. Enjoy!
