  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 3 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 block Konnyaku
  • 150 grams Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds (white or black)
  • 1 tbsp ★Miso
  • 1 tbsp ★Honey (or sugar)
  • 1 tbsp ★Soy sauce

    Step 1
  • Remove the roots of the spinach, and wash well. Wrap with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2-3 minutes, then soak in water. Strain away the excess water, and cut into 3 cm lengths.

  • Step 4
  • Put lightly drained tofu, roasted sesame seeds, and the ★ ingredients into a bowl, and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Add the spinach, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and konnyaku to Step 4, then mix.
