  • Tart Crust:
  • 120 grams White flour
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 60 grams Melted butter (melted margarine)
  • Filling:
  • 200 grams Sweet potatoes
  • 1 pack Heavy cream
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 2 Eggs

How to Make Easy Sweet Potato Tart

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Easy Sweet Potato Tart in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine all of the tart ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • With a spatula, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and pierce small holes in the bottom to prevent the crust from puffing up. Bake for 10 minutes at 180℃.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm cubes. Steam the potatoes with a steamer or a microwave.
  • Step 4
  • Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix in the sweet potatoes. Take the crust out from the oven and pour the filling into it.
  • Step 5
  • Bake again at 180℃ for 20 minutes. When the surface becomes golden brown, it is done .
