  • 1 tbsp ★Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Sake
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 clove each Minced ginger and garlic
  • 1 as prefererd Mayonnaise (to finish)

  • Chop broccoli into desired sizes. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes. (I usually cook the stem as well.)

  • Peel and devein the shrimp. Put the shrimp, salt, pepper, and sake into a plastic bag, and rub in. Add katakuriko to coat.

  • Step 5
  • When the shrimp is cooked through, add broccoli and continue to stir-fry.
  • Step 6
  • Add the ★ sauce and mix well.
  • Step 7
