  • 2 can Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 can Pink Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 large Yellow Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 large Pepper - chopped ( I used green pepper, the light green ones, but you can use bell peppers)

How to Make Easy Vegetarian Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Easy Vegetarian Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dump all of the cans (with the liquids), green pepper, and the chili powder into a large pot and set it to medium low heat
  • Step 2
  • cook up the garlic and onion with the olive oil in a small pan for 4-5mins.. until it starts to smell awesome and get sort of golden
  • Step 3
  • Dump the cooked garlic & onion into the large pot with all the beans
  • Step 4
  • Stir everything a bit and cover the pot
  • Step 5
  • Set a timer for 25-40mins so that it simmers for a while and the flavors mix together
  • Step 6
