  • crust
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • filling
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped potato
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 clove chopped/ minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt&pepper/whatever seasoning
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup cheese of your choice
  • 2 tbsp softened cream cheese

How to Make Easy veggie quiche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Easy veggie quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • To make crust sift together flour, sugar, and salt in pie dish.
  • Step 3
  • Combine oil and milk and pour into dry mixture. Mix with fork until combined then press into the dish and up sides. Take a fork and poke a bunch of tiny holes into the crust.
  • Step 4
  • Melt butter with oil in frying pan.
  • Step 5
  • Add onion and saute for a minute then add other veggies and seasonings and cover.
  • Step 6
  • Stir every few minutes and cook until potatoes are tender/ not too soft. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Step 7
  • In seperate bowl beat eggs, cream cheese, and cheese.
  • Step 8
  • Pour frying pan mixture into pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top.
  • Step 9
  • Bake for about 40 minutes.
