  • 1 1/2 tbsp ☆Milk
  • 1 pinch ☆Salt
  • 1 Broccoli

How to Make Ebimayo - Batter-fried Shrimp with Ra-yu Mayo Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Ebimayo - Batter-fried Shrimp with Ra-yu Mayo Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Shell the shrimp and remove the vein from the backs. Rub them with katakuriko and salt, rinse, and dry well. Boil the broccoli in salted water.
