How to Make Eclair

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Eclair in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • For the dough mix together water + sugar + butter and boil.
  • Step 2
  • After it boils add flour and quickly mix with a wooden spoon about 1 minute.
  • Step 3
  • Take from the gas and let it become cold then one by one add eggs and mix with mixer.
  • Step 4
  • Make desired forms on the baking pan and put to oven until it rises and becomes red.
  • Step 5
  • For the creme mix together egg + sugar + flour + water and put to oven on a low fire.
  • Step 6
  • Mix all the time and when it starts to boil and thicken add butter + vanilla + cinnamon (sticks or powder)
  • Step 7
  • Let it become cold then take creme with spoon and put to the ready doughs.
