  • 1 pinch Salt

How to Make Edokko Zouni (Tokyo-style Mochi Soup)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Edokko Zouni (Tokyo-style Mochi Soup) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces. Warm up the dashi stock (made with konbu seaweed, bonito flakes etc.) and add the cut chicken. Heat, and when it comes to the boil add the sake, mirin and soy sauce. Season with salt.
