  • 3 chicken breast
  • 2 packages instant rice
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1/2 bunch green onion
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 2 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can French fried onions regular or cheddar
  • 1/2 cup graded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli cooked
  • 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350°f
  • Step 2
  • boil two bags instant rice till soft in the same put boil broccoli it should be done when rice is..drain add two Tbs butter
  • Step 3
  • cook chicken in stock for about ten minutes or until fully cooked.add parsley garlic and green onions cook till soft
  • Step 4
  • spray casserole dish with nonstick
  • Step 5
  • mix rice with cream of celery, chicken parsley n onions.mix in the cheddar while hot until melted
  • Step 6
  • season to taste salt n pepper
  • Step 7
  • pour mixture into casserole dish. top with French fried onions and parmesan cheese. add some more sharp cheddar to top if desired
  • Step 8
  • bake for about 20 minutes
