  • 16 Eggs
  • 16 Pillsbury biscuits (which ever flavor you prefer)
  • 1 Cheese, meat, vegi

How to Make Egg Biscuits

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Egg Biscuits in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bake biscuits according to package directions.
  • Step 2
  • Crack eggs into muffin tins. You can break the yolks if you want, but it's not necessary. Fill the remaining muffin cups with water.
  • Step 3
  • Top eggs with your vegis, meat or other topping.
  • Step 4
  • Bake at 350 for about 20min.
  • Step 5
  • After eggs are set, top with cheese and place back in oven for a few minutes. Just until cheese is melted.
  • Step 6
  • While eggs are baking, slice your biscuits in half.
  • Step 7
  • Place one egg "muffin" on each biscuit and press down.
  • Step 8
  • These can be frozen and reheated later. Place one sandwich in a paper towel, in the microwave. If frozen, defrost at 30% power for 1min 30sec. Then cook on high for 1min.
