Ingredients: Egg Devil's

  • 6 hard boil eggs
  • 4 medium size boil potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled Goat meat keema (minced meat) or chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbs cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil for potato mash
  • 2 cup Oil for frying eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

How to Make Egg Devil's

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Egg Devil's in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the potatoes and mash them.. Make sure there are no lumps..
  • Step 2
  • Heat two tbsp oil in a pan.. Saute garlic, ginger and chopped onion.. Now add minced meat.. Add coriander, red chili and turmeric powder.. Mix well.. Now add mashed potatoes.. Sprinkle salt.. Cook for five-minute.. Stir continuously.. Add garam masala... Sprinkle some cilantro.. Take out from oven.. Keep for cooling.
  • Step 3
  • Take one egg.. Make cut mark. (its necessary for safety purpose coz egg can be burst.. If u don't make cut mark) likewise make cut mark on all eggs.
  • Step 4
  • Now hold one egg.. Coat with potato and minced chicken mash.. Now dip in egg white.. Then coat with bread crumbs.. Prepare all eggs likewise..
  • Step 5
  • Heat enough oil for frying in deep and heavy bottom pan.. When oil start to smoke.. Do flame medium. Now fry eggs.. Till brown.. Take out in tissue paper.
  • Step 6
  • Now enjoy with green dip or chutny.
