  • 4 cup water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 stock green onions, finely diced

How to Make Egg Drop Soup

    Step 1
  • Boil 4 cups water and add chicken bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved and heat to boil.
  • Step 2
  • Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup water, and pour into the pot of chicken broth.

  • Step 4
  • Slowly pour beaten egg into the boiling broth, while stirring in one direction. Remove from heat immediately.
