  • 150 grams ●Cake flour
  • 1 tsp ●Baking powder
  • 40 grams ●Sugar

    Step 1
  • Mix all of the ● ingredients together with a whisk in circular motions.
  • Step 2

  • Cook the rest of the dough! Top with butter and maple syrup if you have it! This doesn't use any eggs but it's still really fluffy.
