Ingredients: Egg Rice

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 piece chopped onion
  • 2 piece Chopped Green Chilly
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Table Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 pinch Ajino Moto
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How to Make Egg Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Egg Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the rice
  • Step 2
  • In a pan, take vegetable oil and heat it.
  • Step 3
  • When the oil is hot, add green chilly and chopped onions
  • Step 4
  • When the onion becomes golden brown in color, add ajino moto !!
  • Step 5
  • Put eggs in the pan and add table salt, black pepper and stir it.
  • Step 6
  • When eggs get little cooked, add rice to the pan.
  • Step 7
  • Add chilly sauce and soy sauce to the pan and mix the rice well with it.
  • Step 8
  • And....It's done!!! Delicious egg rice is ready.
