  • 300 grams margarine/butter

  • 300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 400 ml water
  • 8 egg yolks (mix well)
  • 30 grams custard flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla milk powder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Egg Tart (Pie Susu) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl
  • Step 2
  • Then add the flour, mix. It will be crumbly, dense it.
  • Step 3
  • For the filling, mix condensed milk and water in a glass
  • Step 4
  • Beat well the eggs in a mixing bowl. Pour the milk mix in a bowl.
  • Step 5
  • Add custard flour and vanilla milk powder. Mix well. Then filter the filling.

  • Spread margarine/butter in the pie mold thinly
  • Step 7
  • Take some of pie crust, dense it in a (Small) Pie mold. Pour the filling
  • Step 8
  • Bake at low heat for about 30-45 minutes
