  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • For cream
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

How to Make Eggless Chocolate Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 16 steps you must follow to make Eggless Chocolate Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven at 180 C degrees

  • Grease a baking tin
  • Step 3
  • In a bowl sift together all the dry ingredients

  • In a separate bowl whisk together the oil and hot water until well blended a let cool for a couple of mins

  • When cooled add in the milk and vanilla extract

  • Add in the yogurt and mix all very well

  • Gradually pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together.

  • Pour in the greased tin

  • Bake for about 35-40 mins or until toothpick inserted and comes out clean

  • For the cream:

  • Cream together the ricotta cheese and butter until light and fluffy
  • Step 12
  • Add in the light brown sugar, cinnamon and the vanilla and combine
  • Step 13
  • When cake is cool... Cut through the middle equally and fill with you favourite jam
  • Step 14
  • Sandwich the cake together and spread the cream all over the top
  • Step 15
  • From there you can design if however you like... I sprinkled it with chocolate sprinkles
