  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, more if you like
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ Frying oil ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
