  • 1/2 tsp whole leaf oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large springform pan
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cup colby jack cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Eggplant timble II in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the grill. preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit

  • Peel and slice the eggplant 1/4 inch or 8 mm thick.

  • Add cheeses to meat and sauce mix well add the broccoli. Pour into the eggplant lined springform pan.
  • Step 9
  • Cover top with the rest of eggplant.
  • Step 10
  • Put into oven 30 minutes take out and let sit 10 minutes. Grate parmesan cheese on top, then serve hope you enjoy!
