  • 150 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hon-mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • Dice the tofu into 1 cm cubes. Slice the cabbage roughly. Combine the sauce ingredients.
