  • 500 grams Pasta... I used Italian macaroni but you can use any
  • 1 Water
  • 1 tbsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 4 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil

How to Make Egyptian Style Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Egyptian Style Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a big pan heat the oil and put the pasta in.
  • Step 2
  • Stir the pasta continuously until it's golden brown.
  • Step 3
  • Immediately add the water until it covers all of the pasta and a little more.
  • Step 4
  • Add the seasoning and stir
  • Step 5
  • Leave to boil once and turn the heat down
  • Step 6
  • You know when it's cooked when the pasta has completely evaporated all the water and when you give it a try... It's soft and cooked
  • Step 7
  • *sometimes it taste amazing if along side the seasoning you add about 100g of tomato paste and when it's cooked it just gives it this extra delicious flavour.
