    Step 1
  • Add water,Elderberry, cinnamon and ginger in a pot and simmer for 45 minutes.

  • When 45 minutes are up, the liquid would have reduced by half.
  • Step 3
  • Stain out the berries, ginger, cinnamon stick and let it cool. When it cools add the honey and place it in a jar. Store it in the fridge.
  • Step 4
  • It can last in the fridge for the winter season. One or two tablespoons is more than enough. Kids love it!
