  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp plus a pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese plus
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, set aside

  • Cook elbow macaroni as per pkg directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°

  • Stir in flour mixture

  • Gradually add about 1 cup of the milk, stir until flour mixture is smooth

  • Stir constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens
  • Step 9
  • Add cheese, stir until cheese melts
  • Step 10
  • Add macaroni to cheese sauce
  • Step 11
  • Spoon into 2 greased 2-quart baking dishes
  • Step 12
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Step 13
  • Add remaining cheese after 30 minutes and broil for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crisps
