  • 1 kg ◆Plain flour
  • 2 ◆Eggs
  • 100 ml ◆Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 400 ml ☆Lukewarm water
  • 1 1/2 tsp ☆Salt
  • 4 tbsp ☆Sugar

How to Make Empanada (Dough)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Empanada (Dough) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine the ☆ ingredients and set it aside until it becomes salty-sweet.
  • Step 2
  • Combine the ◆ ingredients in a large bowl and knead.
  • Step 3
  • Gradually knead Step 1 into Step 2. (350 ml lukewarm water will probably be just the right amount.)
  • Step 4
  • Form into 4-5 cm round balls and cover with a cloth to prevent them from drying out. This completes the empanada dough.
  • Step 5
  • Flatten out each ball of dough from Step 4. Wrap around fillingor cheese, fry them, and enjoy.
