  • 1/4 cup scallions cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp cilantro cut ver thin strips
  • 1 all purpose flour to knead & salt to tAste
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • make 2 inch balls outta dough .. spread dough until 3 inchs .. stuff one side turn other side over pinch ends .. deep fry or over stove top until golden brown ..

  • drain on paper towels .. serve with Spanish rice & enjoy
