  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 1 can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 packages corn tortillas
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
  • Cook hamburger or chicken. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Combine all ingredients (except for tortillas and cheese) in a large bowl

  • Cut tortillas into 1 inch squares
  • Step 5
  • Place half of the tortillas in the bottom of a casserole dish.
