  • 15 corn tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • 1 cup Salsa con queso dip
  • 1/4 cup Cheese of choice on top
  • 1 can Enchalida sauce

How to Make Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown beef, onion in pan add additional ingredients simmer 10 mins and scoop into shells place in pan ends down Pour enchilada sauce on top cook 25 mins in oven. Take out add cheese on top place back in until melted. Serve with Spanish rice and fresh salad
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven 350° add sauce on top bake 25 min then add cheese on top until melted.
