  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 avocado
  • salad dressing (light)

How to Make English daikon meal

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make English daikon meal in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel & chop white radish into narrow one inch long slices.
  • Step 2
  • Put water, salt, soy sauce, sprouts and chopped white radish into pan and heat it until it boils.
  • Step 3
  • Slowly boil it until radish gets tender and light brown colored.
  • Step 4
  • Peel and chop avocado into half cm thick slices. Add them on the plate and salad dressing on top.
  • Step 5
  • Slice the bacon into 3cm squares.
  • Step 6
  • Put oil in a pan and make a scrambled egg with a dash of soy sauce as spice.
  • Step 7
  • Fry bacon on pan until its a bit brown.
  • Step 8
  • Spill water out from the radish pan.
  • Step 9
  • Set everything onto the plate and serve.
