    Step 1
  • Wash mizuna greens and drain. Cut it into 2-3 cm pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Put mizuna greens into a bowl and add ground sesame seeds.
  • Step 3
  • Mix mizuna greens and ground sesame seeds. Finished when mizuna green's water has been absorbed.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer the mizuna greens from Step 3 to a plate. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed and swirl in olive oil and soy sauce.
  • Step 5
  • Mix well when you eat.
