  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 lb Ribeye Beef Slices
  • 1 packages Enoki Mushrooms

    Step 1
  • Roll up Enoki Mushrooms in Ribeye Beef Slices (a couple clusters of Enoki should do).
  • Step 2
  • Season rolls with Salt and Pepper and set aside for cooking.

  • In a sauce pan, boil the Soy Sauce, Water, Honey and Sugar until thin liquid consistency is achieved.
  • Step 4

Add your sauce to the rolls while almost cooked (depending on how juicy or flavored you'd like your rolls, simply add your desired amount of sauce).
  • Step 5
  • You may finish off your rolls by dashing Fresh Sesame Seeds to the top for added flavor and texture. Serves well as a quick appetizer.
