  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/2 stick butter; room temperature
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • Cream butter and sugar. Drop the eggs in slowly, one at a time.

  • Fold in yogurt, vanilla extract, and espresso powder.

  • In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.

  • In a separate mixing bowl combine remaining flour, butter, oats, and brown sugar. Toss.
  • Step 8
  • Press together with your fingers and flatten to make long thin "clumps"
  • Step 9
  • Spread topping over batter and spread out evenly.
  • Step 10
  • Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until bubbly.
