Ingredients: Falafel & Veggie wrap

  • 1 Wrap or Tortilla Wrap
  • Main ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 1 tbsp of Mango Chutney OR 3 Sundried Tomatos. Not both.
  • 4 Falafels
  • Veggie blend
  • 200 grams Spinach (cooked & shredded)
  • 200 grams Carrots (grated)
  • 1 bunch Coriander to taste (optional)
  • Optional Cheese
  • 100 grams of soft cheese like Feta or Goats' cheese is best for this recipe. Cheddar and similar cheeses also work well.

How to Make Falafel & Veggie wrap

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Falafel & Veggie wrap in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spread Hummus and, if using, Mango Chutney.
  • Step 2
  • Add veggie blend and Sundried Tomatos, again if using.
  • Step 3
  • You can warm the Falafels according to packet instuctions, but I prefer not to. Otherwise, wrap and heat for 30 odd seconds in a microwave. Enjoy!
