  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp soft, real butter
  • 1 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 slice cooked bacon, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • saltand pepper
  • 1 slices of a nice, sharp cheese. i like to use sharp cheddar or swiss.

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Fast and Easy Twice "Baked" Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean and cook potatoes in your microwave according to it's settings for potatoes
  • Step 2
  • Slice off top of potato so that you can spoon out the pulp of it into a large bowl. Be careful not to break the skins, set hollowed out skins aside. (Use a hot pad as your potatoes will be hot.) It's important to mix ingredients into hot potatoes unless you want them lumpy.

  • Grill potatoes on a hot grill over indirect heat until hot throughout and cheese has melted.
