  • 1/2 Green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 stick Celery, chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 500 ml Tomato juice
  • 1/4 can Beef Broth or 1 cup of water + 1 beef bouilion cube
  • 1 pinch of any spices of your perference, to enhance the taste. I use Mixed Spices and lots of black pepper
