  • 2 hoagie hinged hoagie buns(sarah lee works well)
  • 2 crispy chicken breast breast tender loins
  • 20 seasoned french fries
  • 4 mozzarella sticks or 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp emerils classic marinara sauce

How to Make Fat Patrick's

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Fat Patrick's in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • fill deep fryer with vegetable or canola oil preheat to 400°F
  • Step 2
  • add chicken to fryer basket submerge and cook for about 2 minutes or until done
  • Step 3
  • drain chicken on a paper towel
  • Step 4
  • add mozzarella sticks to fryer submerge in oil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until done
  • Step 5
  • drain sticks onto a paper towel
  • Step 6
  • fill fryer basket with seasoned fries cook another 2 minutes until crispy and done
  • Step 7
  • drain fries onto paper towel
  • Step 8
  • open the bun and place 1 chicken tenderloin inside top with half the fries stretch two mozzarella sticks out and place ontop of fries drizzle with marinara sauce close bun.
  • Step 9
  • this makes two sandwhiches.
  • Step 10
  • *inspired by the R U Hungry sandwhich truck.
  • Step 11
  • my husband came up with this. hence the name
