  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 pkg (12 oz) chocolate bits or chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How to Make Favorite Bars

    Step 1
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt
  • Step 2
  • Add sugar to melted butter, creaming well
  • Step 3
  • Add eggs, flour mixture, bits, and vanilla. Creaming well after each addition
  • Step 4
  • Spread in 9×13 greased pan or baking dish. (You MUST use this size!)
  • Step 5
  • Bake at 360°F for 25-35 minutes. They should come out light brown and NOT overcooked. Cool in pan out of oven completely before cutting
