  • 1/4 cup minced Shallots
  • 8 oz Blue cheese or Gorgonzola
  • 1/4 cup Milk, half-and-half, or whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground Black pepper
  • 1 packages (3 ounces) refrigerated thinly- sliced Prosciutto, cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips and strips separated

  • Heat a covered 4- to 5-quart saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add pasta and cook as label directs, stirring occasionally.

  • Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, milk and pepper and stir until sauce is smooth.
