  • 4 bone-in chicken breasts (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 flour tortillas (8in.), cut in half, then cut into 1/2-in. strips

  • In 10-in. skillet, heat two tablespoons oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook tortilla strips in oil 3-5 min, stir occasionally, until crisp and golden brown. Serve chicken topped with salsa. Serve with tortilla strips.
