  • 15 large Marshmallows
  • 15 Digestive biscuits
  • 150 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 75 grams Desiccated Coconut

How to Make Fifteens

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Fifteens in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut marshmallows with scissors, each one into 3 or 4 pieces and put in a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Crumble all 15 digestives, i prefer to do this by hand but an easier way is to place them in a bag and break them up with a rolling pin. Then add to mixing bowl
  • Step 3
  • Pour on top the 150ml condensed milk and mix into the marshmallows and digestives. You should now have a yummy moist dough ready to shape.
  • Step 4
  • Spoon mix out of bowl and onto a piece of tin foil, use the tin foil to shape it instead of your hands. This is best shaped into a long roll.
  • Step 5
  • Pour coconut onto a clean flat tray and transfer the long roll of dough onto the coconut rolling it around allowing coconut to stick. Coconut can also be sprinkled on
  • Step 6
  • Place in fridge to set for about 2 to 3 hours, then it's ready to cut and serve!
