  • 1 your favorite recipe Pâte à Sucre (pie crust)
  • 4 Figs
  • Filling
  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 60 grams Granulated sugar
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 2 Eggs

How to Make Fig & Almond Tart

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Fig & Almond Tart in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make the tart crust (Pâte à Sucre).
  • Step 2
  • Make the filling. Cream the unsalted butter. Mix in the granulated sugar and then stir in the almond flour.
  • Step 3
  • Break one egg at a time into Step 2 and mix in well.
  • Step 4
  • Pour Step 3 into the tart crust from Step 1. Peel the skins off the figs and thinly slice them. Place into the tart filling. Bake for 60-70 minutes at 160°C until browned.
