  • 1/2 kg bihon (rice noodles)
  • 1/2 kg chicken breast
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt (taste)
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 kg cabbage
  • 2 piece fresh chili, paprika, lemon
  • 2 large carrots

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Filipino Bihon Guisado in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put noodles into a bowl with water and set aside until firm
  • Step 2
  • Preheat a pan then add oil, onion, garlic
  • Step 3
  • Add chicken breast and simmer until tender or golden brown
  • Step 4
  • Add carrots

  • Add soya sauce, water, salt, black pepper and add noodles, mix and simmer for 5 minutes ( mix once in a while)
