  • 2 yellow hot pepper's
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp course ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

    Step 1
  • Dice roma tomatoes, purple onions into small 1/4 inch pieces.
  • Step 2
  • De flowered cilantro from stems and chop fine
  • Step 3
  • Can green chilli suck. try and find frozen if u can. Fresh Hatch is the best. This is also to taste,

  • Chop green onions from onion side. Get some chives in there as well. Color is everything.
  • Step 5
  • Dice both peppers very small. Please wear gloves. U may regret touching anything even after u wash ur hands.
  • Step 6
  • Garlic diced very small. Salt and pepper to taste as well.
  • Step 7
  • Mix it all together and let sit in fridge for as long as possible. Fantastic the next day
